Custom Services

All occupational diving services can be customized to meet clients’ needs and requirements - within occupational diving limitations, industry standards, and safety standards.

Pinnacle Diving Company is an expeditionary diving service, and we are willing to travel to your location if requested. We are willing to provide our services across Japan, and internationally outside of Japan. However, please understand that travel, transport, and accommodation costs will be added for all work outside of our local service area.

Commercial Vessel Husbandry Services

Inspections, Cleaning, Maintenance, and more

Pinnacle Diving Company can provide detailed underwater hull inspections, cleaning, propeller polishing, anode replacement, disentanglements, and other services, for commercial vessels either pier-side or afloat.

PDC is capable of offering commercial companies:

  • Detailed underwater hull inspections of surfaces, through-hull equipment, sea chests, thrusters, propellers, shafts and hubs, cutters, rudders, and more,
  • Surveys, and condition reports for maintenance programs, assessments, insurance, and more,
  • Underwater photography and videography documentary services,
  • Biofouling removal and hull cleaning,
  • Sea Chest cleaning and anti-fouling,
  • Propeller cleaning and polishing,
  • Anode replacement and light underwater maintenance,
  • Calls to aid for vessels, and foreign object disentanglements,
  • And more.

All inspection services include detailed photographic imagery of the entire hull and all surfaces. We can provide inspections for the purposes of hull condition reports, maintenance program needs, damage assessments, pre-cleaning and post-cleaning, insurance needs, and more. For both pre-inspections and final inspections, we will provide a certified written report, complete with summary of findings, and all images, for your company's documentation purposes.

Experience Matters

Our divers bring with them both commercial and military diving experience, and are capable of completing inspections, light work, and cleaning operations in a safe and efficient manner.

Pre-Port Inspections and Underwater Services

Know What You Need BEFORE You Port

Pinnacle Diving Company is an expeditionary dive service provider, and we are capable of joining you while out at sea or at anchor to perform inspections, calls to aid, and light maintenance work.

  • We can provide you with a certified hull condition report, so you know exactly what services you need, if any, before you pull in to a port. Reports can also be used for pre-maintenance assessments, insurance requirements, and port authority requirements, if needed.

  • We can remove entanglements (such as ghost nets and lines) while out to sea, so you won't need to make a special port call for removal.

  • We can provide sea chest cleaning and propeller polishing services while afloat or at anchor, to reduce your vessel's drag, increase efficiency, and reduce operating costs.

  • We can even replace anodes while afloat or at anchor to improve your vessels cathodic protection.

Pinnacle Diving Company maintains specialized, lightweight, portable, electrically-powered surface-supplied diving equipment, capable of being transported easily and powered by your ships 110vac power, and portable underwater cameras, tools, and drills, allowing us to travel and work worldwide by request.

NOTE: Work performed out at sea or at anchor is subject to calm sea states, weather, and diver safety requirements.
