PDC is the service provider for all US military installations and SOFA members in the Kanto region of Japan, and while we provide English-speaking diving services and training equally to all, both military and civilian alike, we specialize in providing dive services and training opportunities to military members, SOFA members, veterans, and their dependents. We offer dive tour opportunities and trips both locally and internationally, NAUI SCUBA diver education, training, and certifications, and professional and expeditionary dive services worldwide.
